Melman
Melman the giraffe is the fourth most popular character in Madagascar, living in New York City at the Central Park Zoo. He is somewhat a hypochondriac, having doses of medicine in meals and frequent doctor appointments to insure his health is in tip-top shape. He even complains about having brown spots on his neck, which is normal for giraffe’s. Melman is very unpredictable but often has moments of profound clarity and information that could come in handy.
