Gloria

Gloria the hippopotamus is the third most important character in Madagascar, who is resided in the Central Park Zoo in New York City. She is good friends with Marty the Zebra, Alex the lion and even closer “friends” with Melman the giraffe. The Madagascar hippo acts as the older sister in the gang and often gets in the middle of problems when the boys start to lose control. Crowds love to watch Gloria swim about in her water with her divine and sassy attitude. Gloria is not one to close her mouth, no matter what the outcomes are.
